We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic, ensuring that every space is left immaculate and welcoming. This role involves cleaning residential properties, with an emphasis on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, paying attention to detail in every task.
- Manage time effectively to complete cleaning assignments within designated timeframes.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
- Maintain an organised supply inventory and request additional supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a cleaning or hospitality environment.
- Previous experience in the cleaning of private homes is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move items as necessary.
- A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to various cleaning tasks as required.
