Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation in residential properties, ensuring that each home is a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a fresh appearance.
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors to ensure cleanliness.
- Change bed linens and towels as required.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces for clarity.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when restocking is needed.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within specified timeframes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively.
- Previous experience in domestic cleaning or housekeeping is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is preferred.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques or methods in cleaning.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 1 month
Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
