About the Role
As a member of our Front Office team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering a first-class guest experience. You’ll be a welcoming and informed point of contact, responsible for check-ins and check-outs, providing local knowledge, and proactively assisting guests to ensure their stay is exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
- Handle guest check-in/check-out efficiently and professionally
- Respond to guest enquiries via telephone and email
- Assist with luggage and provide general front desk support
- Maintain a courteous, approachable, and helpful demeanour
Working Hours
- Various shifts from 7am - 11pm,
- 5 days out of 7, including weekends and evenings
- Flexibility to cover any shift as needed is an advantage

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a positive, can-do attitude
- Reliable and flexible, with a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Minimum 1 year hotel reception experience preferred
- Opera experience preferred
