We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organised Hotel Receptionist to join our welcoming front desk team here a Stifford Hall. As the first point of contact for guests, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in guests in a courteous and efficient manner
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints professionally
- Manage phone calls and emails promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk preferred, regrettably we will not consider applicants that have not had previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The use of OperaCloud or similar PMS systems would be adventageous.
- Proficiency in using computers and hotel booking systems (training provided)
- Calm and efficient under pressure
- Well-groomed and presentable at all times
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
