Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payment processing.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area for a positive first impression.
