What You'll Do:
As a Day Porter, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging directly with guests, always prioritising exceptional service.
- Supporting various hotel operations, from greeting guests at reception and assisting with luggage to helping out in the restaurant or bar.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Setting up for conferences and events and assisting our housekeeping team as needed.
