We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service. Responsibilities .
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage guest flow and seating with discretion and efficiency
- Coordinate closely with performers, servers, security, and management to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for all patrons
- Promote VIP packages and table service to elevate guest experiences
- Support show announcements, birthday shout-outs, and other floor communication (public speaking skills a plus)

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- A passion for guest services and helping others enjoy their dining experience.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
