Are you passionate about food ,drink and service ,want to be part of an award-winning hospitality team- and still make it home for dinner? We are looking for a Hospitality Butler to join our team in London.
Location: EC3V 3NR
Rate of Pay: £29,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 16:00pm, 40 hours per week
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and looking after our guests so they go home delighted
- Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
- Being knowledgeable about the menu and making recommendations to our guests
- Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations
- Taking care of 10 meeting rooms
- Serving tea, coffee and light lunches
Our ideal Hospitality Assistant will:
- Have a passion for delivering outstanding service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
- Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers
- Be an excellent team player with great communication skills
- Have a desire to succeed in your role
- Possess the ability to work under pressure
Desired experience:
- Experienced in office hospitality
- Ideally contract catering hospitality experience
- Able to work on own, plan and manager time
- Adhere to HSE
