We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Hospitality Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive until they depart. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Assist guests with their inquiries and provide information about services and facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all areas of the hospitality environment, including dining areas, reception, and guest facilities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently when needed.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all tasks undertaken.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous but not essential; a positive attitude is key.

Food Hygiene Level 1 certificate will be required for this position.
