About the Role:
As a Summer Camp Facilitator, you’ll play a key role in planning, leading, and supporting a variety of activities throughout the summer holidays. You’ll be working with a team to create a safe, fun, and enriching environment for children aged 4-11
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and supervise engaging activities (sports, arts & crafts, games, team challenges, etc.)
- Support the day-to-day running of the camp
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants at all times
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and camp leaders
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude every day
Essential:
- Experience working with children in a play, education, or care setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to plan and facilitate creative, active, and inclusive activities.
- A warm, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
- Awareness of safeguarding and child protection principles.
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
