Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HGV Mechanic to join our team. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles and equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about mechanics and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles and equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues and provide appropriate repairs
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems
- Conduct thorough testing of repaired vehicles to ensure proper functionality
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
