We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of ASHP and unvented hot water systems, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to follow technical specifications accurately.
Responsibilities
- Install products according to company guidelines and customer specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns during installations.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while on-site.
- Document installation processes and report any discrepancies or issues encountered.
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to installation tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot installation issues effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring precision in all installations.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
