The Role:
We are currently seeking clinical and non-clinical trainers who can deliver mandatory training courses, including practical Basic Life Support (BLS) and Moving & Handling, as well as our ‘People Moving & Handling – Train the Trainer’ programmes. Our clients include a diverse range of settings such as hospitals, care homes, schools, offices, and warehouses.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in delivering People Moving & Handling, BLS and Manual Handling
- A qualified healthcare professional with at least 5 years’ experience (must have a healthcare degree)
- AET Level 3 (Award in Education Training) or equivalent teaching qualification
Required Certifications:
- A valid People Moving and Handling - Train the Trainer certificate
- A valid Immediate Life Support or First Aid at Work certificate

Requirements:
- Flexibility to travel to various training locations as required (own car preferred)
- Availability to deliver training at least 2 days per week
- Own laptop with Microsoft Office installed and ready for use
- Professional appearance and conduct, representing our brand with confidence
- A genuine passion for teaching and empowering others through high-quality training
- Own a projector or be willing to purchase one if successful
