We are seeking a motivated and committed Healthcare Assistant with training and experience in General Practice, to join our supportive, enthusiastic and friendly team.
The salary is negotiable and will be depending on qualifications and experience. The successful applicant will be required to work in both of our surgeries, Monmouth and Raglan.
We are looking to develop and increase our current team. You will be working alongside our existing Practice Nurses, HCAs and Phlebotomists to develop the service we currently offer our patients. You will be supporting our GPs with family planning and minor surgery sessions. You will be fully supported by our GPs & practice management team and as a patient-focused practice, in-turn you will be asked to deliver the highest quality service to our patients and our practice community. The successful applicant will be a dynamic individual, able to evidence the relevant qualifications and experience.
The candidate will demonstrate flexibility and have excellent communication skills to include the ability to deal with sensitive information and able to work with staff of all disciplines. Prior experience of working in a GP Practice setting is desirable. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop clinical skills.
We are forward thinking, adaptable and offer the highest level of patient care for a large patient population. You will be working from two sites, with a varied patient demographic.
The team includes GP's, Physician Associates, ANP's, PN's, HCA's and Pharmacists who all provide clinical support. You will deliver care within the boundaries of your role
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 27.5 per week
