There is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Head Waiter to join our Food and Beverage team in Rhubarb, the destination Restaurant at Prestonfield
£14.00 per hour, plus a share of the staff gratuities
Working in Rhubarb Restaurant and Private Dining we are ideally looking for a person who has good experience in a similar role of a busy, high quality restaurant environment with knowledge of leading and supervising a large team and ensuring the standards are in line with our restaurants operating procedures. Candidates should have a good understanding of all areas within the restaurant and private dining and are passionate about food and keen to develop their knowledge on the menu and wine list.

As Head Waiter you will assist our Management Team with restaurant preparation; planning and running your own station, working in both Rhubarb and Private Dining whilst the main focus be on exceeding our guests high expectations.
Similar Previous experience is beneficial however we will provide extensive training and will help you to develop your skills in a nurturing environment
