Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
RICS is seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Head of Portfolio to lead the organisation’s portfolio of projects, programmes, and initiatives. This role is central to aligning change activity with strategic objectives, optimising resources, and enabling informed decision-making across the business.

Oversee performance tracking, risk management, and assurance across the portfolio.

About You
You are a confident and experienced portfolio leader with a strong track record in delivering complex change. You bring strategic insight, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for driving value and performance.
Proven experience in portfolio or programme leadership roles with successful delivery outcomes.
Strong knowledge of portfolio management methodologies (e.g. MoP®, PMI, SAFe).
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Microsoft Project Online, Jira, or Planview.
Ability to lead in complex, fast-paced environments with a focus on outcomes and value.
