  • Accountable for defining, initiating, implementing, and sustaining a coordinated approach to key infrastructure functions.

  • Responsible for performance, management, and continuous improvement of support functions within the Infrastructure Delivery Business Unit

  • Define operational methodologies for each function and deploy functional leads into project delivery teams to meet programme needs.

  • Demonstrated dynamic and inspirational leadership, with experience in people leadership, change management, and creating a culture of trust and collaboration.

  • Strong interpersonal, diplomacy, and influencing skills with a proven ability to build effective relationships at all levels, including suppliers and external stakeholders.

  • Skilled in making business decisions that balance quality, operational risk, compliance with standards, and business performance in both favourable and challenging conditions.

  • Flexible, problem-solving mindset with the ability to travel within the UK and globally; culturally aware, with tolerance for diverse challenges and working environments.

We are an equal opportunities employer. We’re committed to developing a diverse workforce and an inclusive working environment.
