We’re well connected: just a short drive from the M5 and M40, and within reach of Bristol, Tewkesbury, Cheltenham, Banbury, Leamington Spa and Witney.
ROLE SUMMARY
We’re looking for a talented Head of Creative / Graphic Designer to cover maternity leave for one year. You’ll be working across both StowAg and Wildcare, leading the design output for two very different but equally rewarding brands.
You’ll be the go-to person for all things design, from social graphics and printed brochures to branding, email layouts, packaging, signage, website visuals and more. This is a creative role, but also a practical one. You’ll need to manage your own time, juggle multiple projects at once and keep things moving.
The role ideally needs to start in December 2025 and will be hybrid, with three days based in the office.
Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Three days in the office (Monday - Wednesday), two days working from home
ROLE RESPONSIBILITES
- Lead on all design work across both brands for digital and print
- Create marketing materials like brochures, leaflets, banners, product packaging and store signage
- Design content for social media, websites, email and digital campaigns
- Develop and protect brand identity, making sure all visuals feel consistent and on-brand
- Support store teams with display ideas and branded materials
- Keep track of deadlines and production schedules, updating the team regularly
- Work with the wider marketing team to plan campaigns and bring ideas to life
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong graphic design skills with experience across both print and digital
- Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Comfortable taking the lead on brand look and feel
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects at once
- A genuine interest in farming, equine or rural life is a big plus
- Friendly, open and happy working as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £29,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
