About the role
As head of commercial operations, your role is central to the delivery of commercial support across the Crown Prosecution Service. You grow the capability of our people, increasing the standard of commercial maturity, execution of commercial operational activities, stakeholder engagement, systems capability and risk management across the commercial portfolio.
You set clear direction, champion innovation and build organisational strength while making significant efficiency improvements. Your role includes line management responsibilities.
About you
We’re looking for someone with experience in leading teams at a strategic level and developing and delivering complex strategies in large organisations. You must have knowledge and experience of Commercial Continuous Improvement Assessment Framework (CCIAF) standards including the Cabinet Office submission process. Experience of developing performance analytics and insight reports and making data-driven decisions is essential.
