What the day will look like

Your wide and varied role will have many aspects but will include the following:

  • Placement Leadership: Taking a leading role, working with both the London and regional offices, in the design and execution of placement strategy. This to be both on a monoline and multiline basis.
  • Client Leadership: Close engagement with clients and prospects, nurturing positive relationships. Aligning solutions to their strategic objectives.
  • People leadership: Provide inspirational leadership, engagement and direction to colleagues. Significant investment in talent; development, succession and acquisition.
  • Growth: Play a leadership contribution to the growth and performance objectives of Commercial Risk UK. This being through both new business and retention.
  • Insurer Engagement: Lead and support Insurer negotiations and relationship management at a senior level. Be a central contact for resolving critical issues to ensure positive results.
  • Market Insights: Provide client market insight communications on a regular basis, both internally and externally.
  • Proposition and Product Development: Drive and support strategy for facilities and their utilisations with a focus upon Aon only products that help to differentiate us to retain and win clients
  • Aon Broking Strategy: Full support, alignment and implementation of AON broking strategy and initiatives, both UK and globally.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Pro-active collaboration with colleagues across Aon to jointly develop and execute strategy.
