We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness!
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in leisure, hospitality and hotel operations, ensuring that all guest areas are impeccably presented and meet our quality expectations. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing an outstanding member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring consistently high standards
- Develop cleaning schedules and monitor daily operations to maintain pristine conditions throughout the Club (changing rooms, lounges, studios, spa, Bar & Bistro etc.)
- Manage stock levels of cleaning materials, placing timely orders when required
- Ensure health and safety protocols, COSHH regulations, and infection control procedures are strictly followed
- Carry out regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Liaise with other departments to coordinate cleaning needs for events, tournaments, and day-to-day club activities

- Proven experience in a housekeeping leadership role (e.g. hotel, leisure, or private club setting)
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- A natural leader with a can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to motivate and support a team to deliver excellence
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and early mornings/evenings
