Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Door Supervisor to join our team at a hospitality venue in London, W9. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of customers, staff, and the venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing entry and exit of guests in line with venue policies.
- Carrying out ID and security checks where required.
- Maintaining a visible and approachable presence to deter anti-social behaviour.
- Responding calmly and professionally to incidents, conflicts, or emergencies.
- Liaising with venue management and other team members to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Completing incident reports and maintaining accurate records as required.
Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).
- Proven experience working in night-time hospitality security (bars, clubs, pubs, or similar).
- Strong communication and conflict management skills.
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
- Flexibility to take on additional shifts as the contract grows.
