  • Mindfulness, music, and reminiscence-based sessions
  • Work collaboratively with nursing, occupational therapy, and medical staff to identify and support patient activity goals
  • Build therapeutic relationships that encourage engagement, motivation, and recovery
  • Support the safe and inclusive facilitation of groups and maintain clear boundaries and appropriate interactions at all times
  • Contribute to care planning, reviews, and documentation as appropriate to the role

What We Offer

  • A supportive and inclusive team environment
  • On-the-job training and development opportunities
  • The chance to make a meaningful difference in patients’ recovery journeys

Who We’re Looking For

  • Someone who is kind, patient, and confident in engaging people with complex needs
  • A good communicator who can motivate, encourage, and connect with individuals from a variety of backgrounds
  • Experience in a health or social care setting is desirable, particularly in mental health or therapeutic roles
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a willingness to bring energy and enthusiasm to the role every day

Whether you have a background in care, support work, arts therapies, or community engagement—or you’re looking to develop a career in mental health—this role offers a meaningful and rewarding opportunity to be part of a dedicated, person-centred service.
