Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs..
- Maintain excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and understanding their preferences.
- Assist in store management tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Mentor junior stylists, sharing knowledge and techniques to enhance their skills.
- Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.
- Promote additional services through effective upselling techniques while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and communal areas within the salon.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience in barbering is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to providing an outstanding client experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Previous experience in store management or mentoring is desirable.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £18,315.00-£44,593.81 per year
Expected hours: 8 – 30 per week
