We're looking for an inspirational, creative hairdresser who wants to take the next step in their career and train the next generation of hairdressers.
The opportunity is for a Part-time Academy Hairdressing Educator, based in our Colchester Academy working 3 to 4 days a week.
You'll deliver quality apprenticeships to our academy-based apprentices training them to be industry-leading hairdressers.
You'll also support them with functional skills, reviews and assessments helping them build an outstanding career.
This is an amazing opportunity for a hairdresser who wants to progress their career into education. We will fully support you in developing your knowledge and skills in teaching.
We'll help you to develop your skills, experience and knowledge meaning you can further your own career in education and hairdressing alongside giving our apprentices a great start in theirs.

Requirements:
NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Hairdressing.
Full training is provided!
Enthusiasm and dedication are a must! You're supporting apprentices to achieve their full potential!
Must hold a full UK driving license. You will travel to salons to carry out reviews, sign-ups and Health & Safety.
