Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance gymnastic skills for athletes of all levels.
- Provide instruction on techniques, routines, and safety practices during training sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate athletes' progress, offering constructive feedback to improve performance.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth.
- Organize and lead practice sessions, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and proper equipment usage.
- Communicate effectively with athletes and their families regarding progress and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in gymnastics
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to instruct and motivate athletes
- Certification in gymnastics coaching or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop training programs tailored to individual athlete needs
- Knowledge of safety protocols and injury prevention in gymnastics
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £11.75-£15.00 per hour
