What We’re Looking For:
We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. If you have a background in gymnastics or sports coaching and a genuine desire to inspire and nurture young gymnasts, we’d love to hear from you!
Your Role:
- Deliver engaging and enjoyable gymnastics sessions for all abilities.
- Encourage children to build confidence and skills in a supportive environment.
- Teach proper techniques, routines, and safety practices in a way that makes learning fun.
- Monitor progress, providing positive feedback to help gymnasts thrive.
- Foster a team spirit where every child feels included and valued.
- Ensure a safe training space, keeping equipment and facilities well-maintained.
- Communicate effectively with gymnasts, parents, and fellow coaches.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in gymnastics coaching or working with children in a sports setting.
- A positive and energetic attitude that makes learning exciting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- A passion for helping children develop skills and confidence.
- Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications (preferred but not essential).
- Availability for evening and weekend sessions.
- Start date will depend on each applicant
