What do we want from you?
- A keen interest in guitars and a solid understanding of a range of specifications and current trends
- The ability to be able to perform basic maintenance on a guitar
- Reasonable playing ability in order to effectively test guitar and to be confident demonstrating instruments to customers
- Excellent written English skills in order to produce high quality content and communicate with our customers.
What will you be doing?
- Arranging for packaging to be sent to customers who are using our guitar buying service and organising a courier for guitars which have been sold and require shipping.
- Inspecting, packaging and shipping guitars after they have sold.
- Writing listings for guitars on 2nd hand vendor sites including eBay and Reverb and our own website.
- Liaising with customers who have booked appointments in store
- Providing effective customer support over the phone, email and in person.
- We aim for this flexible role to suit you. You will work 37.5 hours a week for 5 days. These days must include Saturday and Monday. The shop is closed on Sunday.
