Lakeland Wildlife Oasis is owned and operated by the charity The Lakeland Trust for Natural Sciences. We are a small zoo, based in north Cumbria, with a strong focus on education and conservation.
We have a vacancy for a guest services supervisor. This is a full-time position, and does include weekends and bank holidays.
Key role: To provide exceptional customer services to guests, handing enquiries, resolving any issues and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

- Managing reservations
- Answering enquiries
- Addressing concerns
- Coordinating with other departments
- Enhancing visitor experience
- Special event support
- Provide café cover when needed
