Citystay are recruiting for a Guest Service Supervisor to join the team. You will assist with ensuring that we are offering a "Best in class" service for our guests upon their departure and during their stay with us will work within the operations department.
The Role
- Co-ordinate and manage the arrival experience of the guests
- Assist the Housekeeping Supervisor and ensure a high level of cleanliness is achieved on every clean
- Meet and Greet new guests
- Driving licence required, as they will have access to a Citystay van to travel with their team to the different apartment locations
- Small maintenance tasks such as changing lightbulbs, new shower heads, fresh batteries – training will be given
The Ideal Candidate
- Have strong organisational and logistical skills
- Experience within a housekeeping/cleaning role desired
- Customer service focused
The Details
- £28,502.84 per annum
- Late guest meet and greet payment structure
- Monday to Friday 12:00 to 20:30 (40 hours)
- 1 in 4 weekends
- Free parking on-site / bicycle storage available
