The Guest Service Associate holds the primary responsibility of managing all day-to-day activities related to the guest experience, from the initial check-in to check-out and everything in between. As a Guest Service Associate, you will be available at the front desk to provide information on various sources, process guest requests, and communicate with guests on Marriott's Guest Experience Platform. Your role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless transition and delivery of guest requests.
To be successful in this role, you should have
- A passion for customer service
- The ability to work under pressure in a fasted environment
- Excellent communication & English language skills
