Join us as a Client Service Associate in Wealth
- We’ll look to you to deliver excellent service to our clients, keeping their needs and financial goals in mind at all times
- You’ll be educating clients in the different ways they can do their banking and supporting them in choosing the options that work best for them
- We’re looking for a detail-orientated individual to complete processes and procedures, while providing the client with a seamless experience
- This role does not meet Skilled Worker sponsorship requirements
- This is an office first job, so your time will be spent on site working at our office 440 The Strand
What you'll do
In this role, you’ll be applying your client service expertise when dealing with and referring customer queries. As a Client Service Associate, we’ll count on you to exceed client expectations through quality and timeliness of service and by providing an excellent experience at the first point of contact.
You’ll also be:
- Responsible for providing a friendly, professional and welcoming experience to assist clients who arrive for meetings
- Using your expertise to provide excellent client service to handle a range of banking requests and transactions, including for Safe Custody & Cashier responsibilities
- Improving processes and procedures to maximise client satisfaction and efficiency
The skills you'll need
To join us in this role, you’ll have experience of working in the financial service industry and delivering to deadlines. You’ll also be able to creatively solve problems while supporting clients and your team. A working knowledge of Avaloq is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
We’re also looking for you to demonstrate:
- Knowledge and experience of working in a frontline job
- The ability to prioritise work and achieve quality results while maintaining high levels of detail
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Knowledge of regulation and compliance, including data protection, money laundering and the FCA
