Guest Host Supervisor
At Cedar Court Hotels we pride ourselves on delivering Yorkshire hospitality at its finest. We are looking to recruit a full time (40 hours) Guest Host Supervisor to join our Huddersfield Team, with their main focus being on each and every customer that walks through the door.
Our Guest Service Team provides the highest level of customer service to clients and customers, whilst ensuring that Front of House areas are running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing
- Take the challenge to improve guest experience, taking the leadership in continuously enhancing and refreshing our guest offering
- Ensure that quality and standards meet guest expectations on a day-to-day basis in across all ground floor areas, including the lounge and restaurant
- Supervise our Guest Host team to deliver an excellent level of service and delivery
- Maintain a significant presence in the lobby and public areas including a warm and personalised welcome for guests on their arrival and throughout their stay.
- Collate guest feedback and pursue corrective / improvement actions.
- Assist with check-in procedures, issuing room keys, rooming guests and be responsive to any questions they may have.
