About the Role
As a key member of our Facilities team, you’ll help keep The Ice Cream Farm looking its best
- Clean, safe, and welcoming for every visitor. You’ll be responsible for maintaining our outdoor spaces, including basic repairs, lawn care, planting, jet-washing and other general grounds keeping duties.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being outdoors, and understands how a well-maintained site contributes to an incredible customer experience.
Skills for Our Role:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Enjoyment of working in a lively, dynamic environment
- A positive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to take initiative
· Basic landscaping and grounds maintenance knowledge (mowing, planting, etc.)
· A genuine passion for creating good first impressions
When We Need You
This role offers flexible hours, however shifts will be assigned over 7 days a week inclusive of weekends, school holidays, and peak seasons like Easter and summer. You’ll use our easy rota system to set your availability, and we’ll match you with shifts that work for you.

Due to the nature of this role and health & safety requirements, this role is available to applicants aged 18+
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
