Orchards Ground Care Ltd is looking for a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team immediately.
This role involves working alongside existing staff as well as independently, using a company van and tools to maintain outdoor spaces to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities: General grounds maintenance, including mowing, hedge trimming, weeding, and landscaping.
Working both independently and as part of a team Using and maintaining company-provided tools and equipment. Driving to various locations across Hampshire and Dorset.
Requirements:
Essential: Previous experience in grounds maintenance
Essential: A valid UK driving licence
Preferred: CSCS card
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to work in all weather conditions. This is a self-employed position with the potential to grow from part-time to full-time work

Pay: From £95.00 per day
