We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing & communications team. You’ll support bringing our brand’s visual identity to life through high quality design assets across digital and print platforms. From concept to creation, you’ll have the freedom to shape compelling campaigns, craft engaging visual content, and push the boundaries of visual storytelling. Duties will include:
- Working with the Marketing Team to interpret marketing briefs and develop creative and innovative visual content.
- Creating, developing and maintaining high-quality marketing assets to support business growth activities.
- Creating, developing and preparing files for digital and print media including social media, websites, adverts, pitch decks, capability statements, brochures, signage, presentations, events, and other promotional asset platforms.
- Convert brand assets into graphical interpretations (e.g. infographics, UI, motion/animation, video)
- Ensuring all designs comply with CPC’s visual identity, tone of voice and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on creative briefs and meet campaign objectives.
- Manage and prioritise multiple projects within tight deadlines
Relevant skills and experience:
- Good communicator and stakeholder management
- Effective time management, project management and scheduling
- Demonstrate creative flair, versatility, flexibility and technical skills
- Attention to detail and production of high-quality outputs
- Experience in graphic design in B2B services industry desirable
- 2-3 years’ experience in print and digital graphic design.
- Solid understanding and experience of Adobe Creative including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro
- Working knowledge of Canva and Mailchimp
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in marketing design
- Video editing knowledge for social platforms including LinkedIn and other external and internal comms.
