Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to receiving goods, stocking, and shipping products. Your expertise in materials handling and mechanical knowledge will be essential in ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive goods from manufacturing and sub contract processes.
- Perform picking and packing of orders accurately to meet customer expectations and prepare pallets for despatch.
- Operate forklifts safely to load and unload goods as required.
- Help maintain an organised warehouse environment, ensuring all materials are stored correctly and accurate stock. are maintained.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the warehouse.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, particularly in stock management or materials handling.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, including knowledge of picking and packing procedures.
- Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for troubleshooting equipment as needed.
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.

Pay: £24,944.00-£27,378.00 per year
