TITLE Golf Receptionist
REPORTING TO: Centre Manager
BASED: Clubhouse
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
· Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
· Provide general administrative and clerical support for both Golf & Events
· Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
· Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Showing guests around the facilities and answering any queries that guests or members may have
- Dealing with all calls for tee time bookings
- Dealing with day-to-day golf & events enquiries
- Proactively following up with any membership, group golf or golf lesson enquiries
- Selling golf equipment
- Checking in golfers
- Working in the retail shop using the tills and booking systems
- Assisting with buggy maintenance & hire operations
- Responding to Membership enquiries
QUALIFICATIONS:
SKILLS:
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- IT Literate: Word, Excel, ESP
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage varied workload and meet objectives
- A creative mindset with ‘can do’ attitude
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience within golf or member club environment

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
