In this role, you will oversee the overall program of strategic initiatives delivered by the global talent management and employee experience team, ensuring the management of the budget, team resources and delivery schedule are consistently achieved.

This role will also lead the global talent management and employee experience team, setting the strategy and operational standards, to meticulously deliver on all cyclical global employee experience initiatives. This includes the annual talent management and performance cycle as well as global employee engagement surveys.

This is a key leadership role in the Global Talent Management Team within the wider talent and employee experience community. You will be key in spearheading multiple jurisdictions, ensuring maximum engagement with the Heads of Talent and wider HR community.

You will lead on key aspects of reporting, governance, and communication whilst maximizing engagement of key stakeholders and leadership team.


What
you’ll be doing

What will your essential responsibilities include?

Lead on global program management, Talent Management & Employee Experience

  • Partnering with the Global Head of Talent Management and Employee Experience to define and shape the TM/EE agenda, refining the deliverables and benefits of such, with our key stakeholders and wider HR community.
  • Drive the program management of the overall Talent Management and Employee Experience operational plan. Instill efficient coordination and communication of the delivery schedule, demonstrating agility, budget management, governance, management of team resources, and impactful engagement plans.
  • Ensure global TM & EE teams’ partnership with internal communications team is set up to drive a sophisticated communications plans that underpins the TM/EE delivery schedule, in accordance with the HRLT operational plan and strategic cycle.
  • Leadership of all operational delivery across the global TM & EE function inclusive of Talent Acquisition. Ensuring robust partnerships are maintained with COO and Data team for effective collaboration with COO and the Regions respectively.

Employee Experience

  • Collaboratively set the strategy and operational execution of the T M & EE team, leading global efforts, incorporating local talent expertise, ensuring performance and talent management programs are continually enhanced and delivered.
  • Leading with a data driven focus, aligning with the evolving strategic needs at AXA XL. Including but not limited to; leadership of all cyclical initiatives, goal setting, performance management, OTR, onboarding, exit interviews, career conversations and pulse surveys. Ensuring these are resourced and delivered to the highest standards.
  • Lead the talent management and employee experience team to deliver quality global employee experience initiatives. Ensure recruitment, engagement, development, and retention of key talent are achieved.
  • Managing all travel and expenses, work with Global TM & EE lead team and finance to build and execute financial objectives.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders such as CHRO’s, global HRBP’s, providing clarity and direction for Heads of talent, and HR Finance team to drive an efficient function, whilst mitigating risk and maximizing opportunities for delivery of the key employee experience initiatives.
  • Align with AXA Group and other AXA entities to collaborate and innovate where possible.
  • Lead the TM/EE team inclusive of talent acquisition and collaborate with a data mindset with COO and data team to bring to life the ‘People at AXA strategic goal’. This will be achieved through implementation of new systems and infrastructure enhancements, ensuring quality standards and processes are revised and delivered concurrently.

You will report to Global Head of Talent Management and Employee Experience.
