We’re looking for a Global Social Media Manager to lead our organic social strategy across all regions (UK, US, Europe, South Africa, and ANZ) and own our employee advocacy program. This role sits at the heart of our brand visibility and will shape how Klipboard shows up in the world — across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global organic social strategy, aligned with business objectives and marketing campaigns
- Own and scale our employee advocacy program, empowering internal leaders and teams to share and amplify branded content
- Create and manage a global social content calendar that reflects product updates, customer stories, industry insights, and Klipboard culture
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams, design, and content to ensure messaging consistency and local relevance
- Use social listening to monitor brand mentions, competitor trends, and real-time engagement opportunities
- Deliver monthly performance reports and data-driven recommendations to optimise reach, engagement, and community growth
- Ensure brand tone of voice is consistent and resonant across all touchpoints
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in B2B organic social media, preferably with global remit
- Deep knowledge of LinkedIn and Facebook platforms (organic first), and experience managing corporate pages
- Experience building and managing employee advocacy programs or brand ambassador initiatives
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills — you know how to craft posts people actually read and share
- Experience working with scheduling and reporting tools (HubSpot, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Strong collaboration skills across time zones and teams — and the confidence to take initiative
