How you’ll make an impact
As a Global M&S Strategic Project Lead for the M&S Function, you will be at the forefront of strategic project execution, ensuring alignment, progress, and measurable outcomes across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
M&S Project Leadership
Lead and manage global projects, define key milestones, allocate tasks, and motivate stakeholders to deliver results
Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and escalate project issues when needed
Build strong relationships across functions and regions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Define and execute strategies based on hands-on market, customer, and competitor analysis
Deliver actionable insights that support global business decisions and drive commercial success
Monitor project progress and ensure high-quality synthesis and analysis
Extract and interpret data from financial and sales tools to evaluate marketing effectiveness and inform leadership
Develop templates and meeting materials for senior management, ensuring timely and insightful content delivery
Work closely with M&S Function Heads, INLs, MDMs, and regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency
Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements

You are a strategic thinker and experienced project leader with a passion for driving results in a complex, global environment.
Your profile includes:
A university degree in a relevant field is required, with a strong foundation in business, technology, or related disciplines
Experience in the energy industry or a strong affinity for working in a global, matrixed organization is highly desirable
Proven experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects with minimal supervision
A certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus and demonstrates your structured approach to planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment
Strong background in Sales & Marketing, including customer engagement, strategy development, and performance management
Ability to coach and delegate to professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability
A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization
