General Labourer / Handyperson

Main duties and responsibilities:
Pulse Fitness is looking for a general labourer/ handyperson to be located in the warehouse.
With the ability to drive, or learn to drive, a forklift truck (full training will be given), duties will include but not be limited to:
· Unloading fitness equipment from 40’ containers
· Loading delivery trucks
· Supplying the shop floor with boxed equipment for assembly
· Unboxing equipment ready to assemble
· Waste removal and recycling including waste cardboard bailing, plastic, polystyrene and wood
· Obtain good time management skills whilst ensuring correct prioritisation when assigning work schedules so that the needs of the customers’ requirements are met to fit in with the guidelines.
- Making sure your work areas are clean, tidy, and organised observing Health & Safety in the workplace.
- Complete Standard Operating Procedures for each process.
- Report to the Production Manager.
- Can work well with a team or individual.
Person Specifications:
- Must require a can-do attitude with the willing to learn new skills.
Full training will be provided, no experience is necessary.
