Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as required.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning as needed.
- Carry out physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as necessary.
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to construction or industrial work is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided.

Pay: £11.44-£15.00 per hour
