- Help our teams maintain a welcoming environment, completing your list of daily cleaning tasks
- Support with incoming tasks, providing a speedy and spotless service
- Help us keep our teams safe through safety and sanitation procedures
- Drive company vehicle to carry out housekeeping tasks across designated areas
- Complete annual Health Surveillance Checks
- Service, replenish, clean, and maintain all housekeeping areas to Sodexo standards
- Respond promptly, politely, and professionally to customer needs
- Collect, segregate, and maintain waste bins; manage confidential waste disposal
- Replenish paper supplies in multi-functional devices as needed
- Complete Helpdesk requests within set timeframes
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and wear the company uniform at all times
- Adhere to all company and client policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations
- Assist with additional tasks to improve services as required
- Knowledge and awareness of the facilities industry in particular cleaning
- At least 2 years driving experience
- Customer service experience
- You’re happy working solo or teaming up with others
- You’re flexible and ready to jump into whatever the day brings
- You're a team player with good spoken and written communication skills
