Overview
General Builder required for bespoke renovation, conversion and new build work.
We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team, responsible for constructing, renovating, and maintaining various structures. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in multiple trades, Ideally a qualified Joiner or Bricklayer, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is required.
Duties
You will be required to undertake or assist with all aspects of building work
- Site Clearance and demolition. Garden and fencing work.
- Ground work. Foundations and concreting.
- Masonry work such as laying bricks and blocks and slabs.
- Carpentry tasks to include Roofing installations and repairs, floors and second fixing.
- Painting internally and externally.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for the above.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
