Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Gateman to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing access to our premises, ensuring the safety and security of the site while providing excellent customer service. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a vigilant presence at all times.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entry and exit of vehicles and personnel at the gate.
- Communicate effectively with visitors, staff, and security personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing traffic.
- Drive company vehicles as needed for site inspections or other duties.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed diligently.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organised gate area.
