Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Gardening Assistant to join our team. No qualifications needed just an enthusiasm for weeding.
Duties
- Assist in the planting, watering, and caring for a variety of plants and flowers.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including weeding, pruning, and mulching.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various gardening tasks.
- Assist with irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of garden areas, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor plant health and report any issues such as pests or diseases.
- Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects effectively.
Skills
- Knowledge of gardening techniques and plant care is desirable but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when required.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
