Join Our Team as a Gardener-Team Leader (Maintenance and Soft Landscaping)

We’re on the lookout for a skilled, reliable, and enthusiastic Gardener to join our friendly and dynamic team. This isn’t your average 9-to-5—you’ll be out in nature, flexing your green thumb, and making beautiful spaces come to life.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Maintaining and transforming gardens into stunning spaces.
- Tackling soft landscaping projects and keeping plant beds, hedges, and lawns in tip-top condition.
- Managing annuals, perennials, shrubs—you name it, you’re the expert!
- Proactively solving issues (because no two days are the same!), like identifying plant pests or diseases (hello, mildew and aphids).
What We’re Looking For:
- Horticultural Know-How: NVQ Level 2, RHS qualification, or equivalent experience.
- Tool Mastery: You’ll need confidence with hedge cutters, jet washers, strimmers, mowers, blowers, and handy hand tools.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using apps on your smartphone (think parking or workflow tools).
- Customer Service Pro: You’re the friendly face clients trust to bring their vision to reality.
- Physically Fit and Adaptable: Landscaping can be hard work, but the payoff is worth it!
- Driving Licence (2-Year Minimum): Because you’re not just driving to work, you’re bringing the tools of the trade!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
