Gardening and Grounds Maintenance Team Leader Required
Rosy Gardens Limited is a successful and expanding grounds and garden maintenance company covering the Southeast & London.
It provides loyal private clients, renowned nurseries, local authority, letting & estate agents and developments companies with high quality garden maintenance, planting and tree surgery services.
Due to their continued success and expansion two exciting team leader opportunities have become available.
You will be responsible for a team of between 2 – 6 gardeners and will be expected to undertake physical gardening duties such as:-
- Lawn maintenance
- Hedge cutting
- Pruning
- Planting
- Bed and border maintenance
The candidate must:-
- Hold a full driving license
- Have a passion for horticulture and good plant knowledge
- Proven ability & experience in operating and maintaining a range of garden machinery an power tools
- Be very reliable
- Be polite, courteous and able to converse with clients
- Have previous team leading experience
In return we offer excellent rates of pay £27,500 - £30,000pa, depending on experience, 5 weeks holiday including Bank Holidays, pension scheme, opportunities for bonuses and a great working environment.
