Flamingo Gardens are looking to hire someone to join the full-time team and help maintain award-winning gardens in Maidenhead, Marlow, Henley-on-Thames, Windsor, Beaconsfield and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities and duties include:
Lawn cutting, leaf blowing, hedge trimming, weeding, planting and all other general gardening tasks.
Desired skills and experience:
- NO FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS ARE REQUIRED BUT WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE
- NO DRIVING LICENSE REQUIRED BUT WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work both as part of a team or unsupervised.
- Physical fitness and stamina.
Personal qualities that we are looking for:
- Have a pleasant and friendly demeanor.
- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
- Keen to improve their knowledge and skills
- A genuine interest in gardens, working outdoors and a career in horticulture.
- Reliable and punctual
- Very presentable
- An appreciation of and a desire to deliver good customer care.
Usual hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-3.30pm, 7.5 HOUR WORKING DAY
Starting salary: £18,500 - £24,000 per year D.O.E
